Duties

  • Develop and implement admin systems and procedures
  • Manage the front desk and directing phone calls
  • Manage meetings and workshops logistics and administration
  • Maintain the office calendar and programme and project activity and events dates
  • Supervise office cleaning staff
  • Admin duties such as filing, typing, photocopying, expense claims, and transcribing

 

Minimum requirements: Matric certificate

Relevant diploma or certificate in office administration, two years relevant work experience
