Mission
To advance health, human rights, social inclusion, and economic empowerment for key and vulnerable populations through community-led interventions, advocacy, education, psychosocial support, HIV prevention and treatment services, strategic partnerships and sustainable development initiatives.
Vision
A society where all people, particularly key and vulnerable populations, enjoy equal rights, equitable access to quality health and social services, dignity, safety, and opportunities to thrive.
Health equity
Inclusive healthcare, HIV prevention and treatment support, and psychosocial care that treat people with dignity.
Human rights
Challenging discrimination, stigma and gender-based violence, with referral pathways for people who need protection and justice.
Community empowerment
Programmes that strengthen agency for LGBTQI+ communities, adolescent girls and young women, and other underserved groups.
Why this work matters
We address healthcare inequalities, discrimination, stigma, gender-based violence, human rights violations and social barriers that prevent LGBTQI+ individuals, adolescent girls and young women, and other underserved communities from accessing essential services and opportunities to thrive.
We exist so people can access care, claim their rights, and live with dignity.
The organisation works beyond service delivery. It focuses on empowerment and advocacy that fosters self-affirmation, dignity and equal rights — including for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual and non-binary people.
Through community-led initiatives we work to increase visibility, strengthen engagement and celebrate sexual and gender diversity across the Free State, North West and Mpumalanga — in collaboration with communities, healthcare providers, government institutions and strategic partners.
