Community-based support for adolescent girls and young women and young people — HIV prevention, sexual and reproductive health, psychosocial care, human rights and empowerment.
The Adolescents and Young People programme is part of Free State Rainbow Seeds — not a separate organisation. It supports adolescent girls and young women and young people with health, wellbeing, HIV prevention, sexual and reproductive health, empowerment and human-rights support.
Services are designed to be youth-friendly: private, respectful, and easy to approach when someone is ready to ask for help.

National programme
My Journey is a national programme supporting adolescent girls and young women aged 15–24 to take charge of their health and wellbeing. It provides HIV prevention choices and wellbeing services within communities, and aligns with South Africa's broader HIV response.
Free State Rainbow Seeds implements AYP locally. My Journey remains an external programme resource — we do not replace myjourney.org.za.
